Founded by Ethan Brisby, a visionary leader who saw the potential in people, SHIFT was created to provide training and resources for those who want to start or expand their own business. Ethan believes that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, no matter where they come from, and SHIFT is here to offer that opportunity.
Our programs are designed to teach important skills, like how to write a business plan, secure funding, and connect with mentors who can guide you along the way. But we’re not just about learning. We also offer hands-on experience through projects that bring real results. Since the beginning, SHIFT Enterprise Academy has been focused on creating real change. We’ve helped entrepreneurs from United States, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, and beyond bring their business ideas to life.
