Ethan began his career in journalism, where he gained hands-on experience in critical thinking and effective communications. Over the years, he transitioned into education and economic development, recognizing the critical need for accessible learning resources tailored to the unique challenges of underserved populations. This realization led to the creation of SHIFT Enterprise Academy, where he has since developed a curriculum that blends practical skills with cultural insights, preparing learners to navigate the complexities of doing business in East Africa.
Educational Background
Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Land & Property Development with a focus on International Business and Economic Development from Texas A&M University, where he developed a deep understanding of global markets and the challenges faced by emerging economies. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Morehouse College, which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
