About the Event
The event is a collaborative effort between MrsRosesBabies and SHIFT Enterprise Academy, two organizations united by a shared vision of empowering and transforming lives.
MrsRosesBabies was founded by Mrs. Rose Thompson, whose dedication to exposing children ages 6-13 to new activities, careers, and educational opportunities is at the heart of the program.
SHIFT Enterprise Academy, led by her son, Ethan Brisby, focuses on equipping young adults with entrepreneurial, technological, and financial skills to thrive in the modern world. Together, they are making significant strides in building a brighter future for young people across Texas and beyond.
Highlights of the Event
This End of Year Celebration and Fundraiser will bring together supporters, community leaders, sponsors, and partners to celebrate the accomplishments of both organizations while casting a powerful vision for the future. The evening will include presentations from key leaders, honoring individuals and organizations who have supported our mission, and offering an in-depth look at the life-changing programs we provide.

This event is not only a celebration of the successes of MrsRosesBabies and SHIFT Enterprise Academy but also a critical moment to raise awareness and support for the programs that are changing lives.
The funds raised will help both organizations scale their programming in 2025, including the much-anticipated Robotics Training Program in collaboration with aerospace engineers, summer field trips, and afterschool tutorials.
